Answer: This is a coconut meat scraper. You sit on the wooden part and cut the the coconut in half and scrape the meat with the end blade. You can use for making coconut milk or scraping for desserts or baked goods. I’ve used this before when I was younger my Mom would tell me to scrape coconuts, the coconut is usually cut with a cleaver.
