What a time to be alive when devices such as Google Assistant make life easier.
It certainly would’ve came in handy back in 1990 when Macaulay Culkin’s character, Kevin McCallister, found himself on his lonesome in the hit movie Home Alone.
In a TV ad for Google Assistant — an intelligence-powered virtual assistant that helps to do things for you, such as turn on your lights or create your shopping list — Culkin relives several iconic scenes from the film, including when Kevin tries aftershave and when he answers the pizza delivery guy with quotes from a gangster movie. Only this time, the trusty technology has his back.
“Have you ever wondered what Kevin McCallister is like as an adult? Me neither,” 38-year-old Culkin tweeted. “But just in case you’re curious you should totally watch this.”
