Husband leaves pregnant wife — Later, she finds this in the oven
For Amanda Sydney, life is starting to look a little better again. Amanda is from Australia and 2017 is set to be a great year for her, filled with love, greatness, and a bright future!
Three long years were the amount of time she and her husband tried to have a child until she finally conceived and they just moved into the house they had been renovating for more than two years.
In fact, Amanda is in top form, she couldn’t be happier if she tried. Her life, hopes, and dreams are all about to be shattered in the worst way possible.
Completely surprised, her husband threw a bombshell at her, he told her he wanted to leave and without hesitation left, out the door, gone! Without even a chance to breathe, Amanda is alone, pregnant and billing up the wazoo!
With no money and a baby on the way, Amanda was alone, completely emotionally distraught and not knowing what awaited her or her baby, she contemplated her situation. Her friend, Anna, was very lucky to be with her and support her emotionally, but she herself had the brilliant idea of writing to the local radio station, KIIS 1065 to ask if they would consider giving her a spot in their “giving back” segment.
The radio station learns of Amanda’s location and they decide to step in and help. They knew it would be difficult to help with that alone, so they brought local businesses on board to create a great show.
They invite Amanda and Anna to the radio station’s studio to do a segment with them, but Amanda doesn’t know what will happen. When speaking to radio hosts, she told them that the worst part was how uncertain the situation was.
Amanda said:
“It’s been about five weeks since it happened” … “And the biggest thing is just the shock, I guess because it wasn’t really what we planned, or what I planned.”
Amanda finished telling her story when the radio host turned to look at her, facing the TV screen behind her, which was a video introducing her new house. They emphasized what they did to help her, much to her surprise!
The vacuum cleaner represents free house cleaning for the next six months, the food in the refrigerator is a gift from Eat Fit Food, and the commitment to provide meals every day for the next three months! On top of the table was $4,000 worth of baby gear for her, and there was even a $1,000 voucher for baby photos!!
But when the camera came to the oven and the door opened, everyone lost interest!!
Inside the oven is a huge stack of cash…$10,000 so Amanda won’t have to worry about her mortgage for quite some time, isn’t that great?
Amanda shed tears, all she could say was:
“It means I don’t have to move now…I can’t thank you enough, I really can’t.”
It’s definitely not the 2017 she had imagined, or even wished for, but because of the generosity of strangers, it was now possible to have such a great start, over again, for her and her baby.
