Chinese-Honey-Chicken
* ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 3/4 c cornstarch
- 1/3 c water
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1 inch thin pieces
- vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp sweetened condensed milk
* Methods :
- In bowl, add the egg whites and beat until frothy (12 minutes) before whisking in the cornstarch and water until combined and the chicken is folded in end.
- Heat three inches of oil on the heat of average obstacles (up to 350 degrees) in a large saucepan.
- And add chicken pieces to 2 batches to golden brown, for 23 min per batch.
- In a large bowl, blend mayonnaise, honey, & sweetened condensed milk, & adding fried chicken just before serving.
