According to Sport, Barcelona is unlikely to be able to recruit promising young stars in the transfer market.
Barcelona are preparing for another disappointing end in their pursuit of their latest transfer target. The Blaugrana are looking to recruit some excellent teenage talent, including Swedish midfielder Lucas Bergvall. Bergvall really wants to move to Catalan, but Barca will have to pay a high price to get the signature of this tomorrow star.
The 17-year-old is one of the top talents in Swedish football and is earning a starting spot at Djurgardens. With Bergvall’s contract ending at the end of 2024, the parent club is ready to sell him. But, according to Sport, the negotiation requirements for Barca are too high.
The Nou Camp team has asked for more time to finalize the payment method, but the price of 15 million euros or more leaves the La Liga club with little chance of completing the deal. Previously, Udinese, Manchester United and Juventus were revealed to want to win Bergvall’s signature.
